John brings extensive leadership, operations, recruiting, scheduling, and team management experience. Prior to co-founding and operating a business serving employers and employees for more than two decades, John managed transportation operations, coordinated routes, supervised drivers, and developed strong leadership and accountability skills.
Over the years, John has helped lead large-scale enrollment projects involving organizations with thousands of employees, providing valuable experience in project management, workforce coordination, operational planning, and relationship-based business growth.
Michelle Leckliter
Managing Partner
Michelle brings healthcare, business development, project coordination, employee education, client relationship management, and operational leadership experience. As a former Radiologic and MRI Technologist and long-time business owner, Michelle has spent more than two decades helping employers implement employee benefit programs while building strong relationships with business owners and employees.
Her experience provides valuable insight into organizational growth, customer service, team development, and the long-term sustainability of successful businesses.
